Kim Da-Hyung 5.2

This look is inspired by the casual outfit worn by Kim Da-Hyung in episode five of 1% of Anything.

Mostly what I have to say here is: “Elephants!”

There is an elephant necklace and there are elephants on the inside lining of the TOMS! 🙂

and the sparrow earrings are cuties, too

Enjoy!

What Do You Think? Would you wear ruffles? Would you wear this outfit? Do you like elephant clothing or accessories?

2 Shoe options!

I made her jeans into capris…b/c this type of cropped jean is super cute and comfy. Also the top is a more flattering cut, and a bit more casual (the other one had a little bit of lace or ruffles or something on the front).

Those are dandelions on the side of the shirt, and yes, that is a dandelion ring! 🙂 I love dandelions.

Enjoy!

What Do You Think? Would you wear this outfit? Do you own a pair of TOMS? What is the hair product you can’t live without?

Da-Hyung’s top was more of a blouse, with circles of varying sizes. But I really like this top a lot too! I also shortened her khakis and went accessories crazy again!

I couldn’t decide between the two sets of bags and shoes…they are all so cute!

Enjoy!

What Do You Think? Would you wear this outfit? Do you own any coral clothing or accessories? What kinds of outfits do wear for casually meeting with friends?

Since Eun-Jin already had the monochromatic look going for her, I amped it up with some sharp accessories.

Enjoy!

What Do You Think? Would you wear this outfit? Do you wear outfits with monochromatic color schemes? What do you think of vintage-inspired accessories?

1% Office Lady 4.1

The Office Lady reappears! This look is inspired by her outfit in episode four of 1% of Anything.

She was wearing white pants with this outfit, but before she stood up, I thought she was wearing a bandage skirt…and since that’s infinitely more chic and sexy, I decided to go with that! 🙂

Also her sweater was a lighter blue, but I found a similar one in this gorgeous almost-navy color and decided to run with that. I love the way it turned out, so I’m glad I did.

Enjoy!

What Do You Think? Would you wear this outfit? Do you like geometric jewelry? What’s your favorite shade of blue?

Da-Hyung wears this outfit on her three “dates,” two of which she had absolutely no desire to be a part of!

This is another almost duo-chromatic outfit from Da-Hyung…it’s really all brown, just different shades. I made her dress shorter and more flattering, and made her shoes and accessories darker, to add contrast.

Best. Day. Ever.

Okay, so…Monday was seriously the best day ever…in the world.

When I got home in the morning, my mom had to go out to get a haircut (on sale at Great Clips for like $6.99! ^-^), so she took me and Narlie along to get some school clothes from Goodwill (best store ever). I ended up getting a sheer nude pink blouse, a cute floral tank with ruffles, a grey v-neck sweater vest, a white short-sleeve cropped cardigan for layering, and a gorgeous pair of black patent peep-toe pumps!

On our way home, we stopped at McDonald’s and ate off the value menu (cuz we’re value hunters/cheapskates!) and I had a McDouble…good times…

That afternoon, Little K had an eye appointment, so the whole fam drove into Grand Rapids. Me and Narlie got dropped off at the library…and Okami was there again. Finally. I was so estatic that I started bouncing around in the middle of the library…haha. Anyway, after checking out that and several  books that I’m probably not going to have a chance to read before heading back to school, we sat on a bench and waited for our male parental unit to come pick us up.

When we finally got picked up, Little K still hadn’t got her contacts in (it was her first time with them), so Narlie and I walked across the parking lot to Meijer, ordered coffee, and sat down in Starbucks to do some more reading. Well…I had coffee anyway, Narlie only ever orders Strawberries’n’Cream Frappicinos…o.O

By the time Little K had got her contacts in, it was already dinnertime and everyone was starving, so we stopped by Arby’s for another go at the value menu…I was given $3 to spend and came out of it with two jr. roast beef sandwiches and a chocolate milkshake…Long Live Arby’s!

So, yeah…all in all, it was a pretty good day.
